Located in a beautiful area with picturesque surroundings. The cabins were cozy and had all the necessary amenities. Despite staying last minute, there were no issues with check-in.
Some rooms lacked soundproofing, which made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, with stains and splatters present in some areas.

Liked the friendly staff and easy-to-find location off the main highway. The restaurant is reportedly good and affordable, although we didn't get a chance to try it. The shared bathrooms were conveniently located near our cabin. a pleasant stay.
Disliked the lack of curtains in the cabin, which made it difficult to block out the sun and maintain a comfortable temperature. The hot water controls in the shower were also problematic, making it challenging to find a suitable temperature.

I recently stayed at The Perch for a few nights while exploring the nearby national park. The location was perfect, with a beautiful stream running through the property. The cabin I stayed in was clean and updated, and I slept incredibly well each night. The owner, Ivan, provided excellent hospitality and recommendations for meals and amenities. I loved the peaceful surroundings and the absence of a TV in my room. The Perch also has two friendly dogs that enjoy some belly rubs. it was a wonderful and welcoming experience.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had to book last minute due to a situation at our original hotel, but there were no issues. The cabin was cozy and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and the location was excellent, close to Denali. We had great dining options at the on-site restaurant, a nearby pizza place, and a cafe for breakfast. The cabin was clean and updated, and we enjoyed the peaceful stream behind it. a great place to stay!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at The Perch Resort for one night during our last-minute trip to Denali. The cabins were unique and nestled in a beautiful woodsy setting by a picturesque creek. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the cabin had everything we needed, including a small fridge and microwave. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant at the top of the hill, which served some of the best food we've had in a long time. a great place to stay with easy access to the highway and nearby amenities like a bakery-cafe and pizza shop.
Totally recommend this hotel.

We found a great place to stay near the national park. The location was convenient, just a short drive away from the bus station. The room was clean and comfortable with good heating and strong wifi. The staff went above and beyond, mailing back a camera that was forgotten. The surrounding area had a nice pizza bar and bakery-cafe within walking distance, perfect for grabbing a bite to eat. a pleasant experience.
The soundproofing in the cabin was not good, leading to a disruptive night's sleep.
